Refund Policy

1. Delivery Guarantee

If accounts cannot be delivered due to stock shortage or system error, you receive a full refund to your wallet instantly.

2. Invalid Accounts

If accounts are invalid at time of delivery, we will:

  • Replace accounts with working equivalents, or
  • Issue a full credit to your wallet balance

3. How to Claim

4. Exclusions — No Refund For:

  • Accounts valid at delivery but credentials changed later
  • Buyer error (ordering wrong account type)
  • Accounts already read, used, or accessed
  • Reports submitted more than 24 hours after delivery

5. Processing Time

Wallet refunds are instant once approved. Dispute investigation takes up to 48 hours.
