1. Delivery Guarantee
If accounts cannot be delivered due to stock shortage or system error, you receive a full refund to your wallet instantly.
2. Invalid Accounts
If accounts are invalid at time of delivery, we will:
- Replace accounts with working equivalents, or
- Issue a full credit to your wallet balance
3. How to Claim
- Submit a support ticket within 24 hours of delivery
- Include your order ID and description of the issue
- Our team responds within 2 hours
4. Exclusions — No Refund For:
- Accounts valid at delivery but credentials changed later
- Buyer error (ordering wrong account type)
- Accounts already read, used, or accessed
- Reports submitted more than 24 hours after delivery
5. Processing Time
Wallet refunds are instant once approved. Dispute investigation takes up to 48 hours.
